A COFFEE CLUB FOR PINGRY PARENTS

Good coffee.
Even better
company.

You’ve done the drop-off. Stay for a coffee.
Meet fellow Pingry parents, share a little of your morning, and make a few new friends.

Find your next coffee

Come as you are. There’s a seat for you.

An abstract blue glass bear with flowing ribbons of coffee steam and two cups waiting to be shared.
A small ritual. A lovely way to connect.

No agenda. No membership fee. Just parents getting to know parents.

MAKE A LITTLE ROOM IN YOUR MORNING

See you over coffee.

Pick a morning that works for you.
A little interest helps everyone plan.

Putting the coffee on…

All times are Eastern. Drop in for a few minutes or stay for the hour. Check the school calendar before heading out.

FAMILIAR FACES. NEW FRIENDS.

A school in common.
A community to find.

It started with a simple thought: there are so many lovely parents in our school community. Why not get to know a few more?

So here’s an open invitation. Whether you’re brand new to Pingry or have been doing the school run for years, pull up a chair.

For current, former, and prospective Pingry parents. Mike Andrews P’28 reviews accounts to help keep this a welcoming parent community.

The more, the merrier.

A very simple plan

  1. 01

    Find a morning

Same friendly spot, a regular time. Choose a coffee that fits your week.

  2. 02

    Let us know you’re interested

Sign in with a code sent to your email. Your parent designation, like P’28, is all other parents see.

  3. 03

    Come say hello

Grab your own coffee, tea, or whatever you like. There’s no agenda and no pressure to stay.

Your next friend might
be one coffee away.

Let’s find a morning

THERE’S A SEAT FOR YOU

Let’s get acquainted.

Join or sign in with your email. No password to remember.

Use a graduation year, such as P’28, or “Prospective parent.” Other parents see only this designation.

Other parents don’t see your name or email. Mike Andrews P’28 reviews accounts to keep the club welcoming. . Signing in doesn’t subscribe you to notifications.

YOUR LITTLE CORNER

Make yourself at home.

Entirely optional. Turn these off here, or use the unsubscribe link in any club email.

THE LITTLE DETAILS

A friendly space.

Your information

We store your name, email, parent designation, sign-in sessions, coffee interests, notification preference, and email opt-out preferences to run the club. Other parents see interest counts and parent designations, never your name or email.

Keeping the club welcoming

Mike Andrews P’28 can see your name, email, parent designation, coffee interests, signed-in page and login counts, and recent activity to review accounts and moderate the club. Activity includes signing in, viewing a page while signed in, and adding or removing coffee interest. Counts begin when activity tracking launched; we don’t reconstruct earlier visits. Mike can permanently ban an email address from signing in or participating.

Your choices

Interest isn’t a reservation or a commitment. You can change your mind, remove your interest, and turn notifications off in settings. We use a cookie to keep you signed in on this device for up to one year.

Emails are your choice

Every club email includes a private unsubscribe link. No sign-in is needed. You can stop coffee notifications and keep requested sign-in codes, or confirm that you want to stop all emails, including those codes. We remember your choice for your email address. Opening the link alone changes nothing.

A parent-led invitation

This is an independent club, not an official school activity. Sign-in verifies an email address; it doesn’t verify school affiliation. Meetups are informal, and everyone buys their own refreshments.

For a question or to request removal of your account, email Mike.
